Senior Software Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Quality Assurance Automation Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in QA, with recent focus on automation.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Identify suitable test cases for automation from existing documentation.
- Gain hands-on experience in testing web applications and CMS projects.
- Demonstrate specialization in Selenium WebDriver and Grid, with a focus area of 2-3 years.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Test Automation Strategy Document.
- Create an automation test plan and obtain approval.
- Configure the Selenium Test Environment setup, including Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG.
- Participate in Selenium Environmental Setup using IDE.
- Design and implement an automation framework tailored to the project structure.
- Develop, enhance, debug, and execute test cases.
- Handle changes and conduct regression tests as necessary.
- Resolve issues related to object identity and error handling.
- Collaborate with team members to address problems and update stakeholders.
- Produce a software defect tracking report for the entire project release status.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to train other resources.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate stakeholder activities.
