Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Customer Performance Manager is responsible for administering and managing services contract fulfillment and execution, ensuring timely submission of contractual reports to the customer.

Main Tasks
  • Manage customer's complete contract portfolio.
  • Host periodic contract execution reviews with key customers.
  • Maintain all contracts related documentation.

The ideal candidate should have experience within the wind sector or other energy segments, as well as experience managing subcontractors and multi-year transactional contracts.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years' experience within wind sector or other energy segments.
  • At least 5 years' experience managing subcontractors.
  • At least 5 years' experience with multi-year transactional contract interpretation/management.
