Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated software engineer with expertise in .NET Core, Angular, and Microsoft Azure.

About the Role: As a senior software developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex business logic in enterprise applications. Your role will involve extending existing applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems, and providing effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for .NET Core applications.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve software issues, bugs, and performance problems in a timely manner.
  • Feature Development: Help develop new features by working together with other departments.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the client's technical team to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Communication: Participate in regular client meetings to discuss ongoing support activities, project updates, and issue resolutions.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Drive Root Cause Analysis efforts for critical incidents requiring actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Certifications: Expected to complete work-related training and learning to obtain relevant Microsoft Certifications.
