Job Title: Virtual Office Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing remote support to senior management, encompassing the supervision of routine office operations, phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Additionally, they will oversee a small remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing paperwork, digital filing, compiling reports, answering phones, assisting clients, etc.
  • Supervising phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Overseeing a small remote team
  • Preparing reports and developing proposals and presentations as required
  • Attending meetings as necessary
  • Compiling and presenting daily reports
  • Organizing and managing daily tasks
  • Managing sensitive information and confidential legal documents
  • Creating and updating databases and records

Requirements:
