Job Summary

The Financial Analyst role at our organization is a critical position that requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to collaborate across various business functions.

This individual will provide vital support to the CGO in financial planning and forecasting, financial modeling and guarantee structuring. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and budgeting processes, as well as proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst who can contribute to our company's strategic and operational activities by preparing reports and insights that guide decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing annual financial plans, including revenue and expense forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance against the budget, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate financial resilience.
  • Support the pricing and valuation of financial products, including credit guarantees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or professional certification (such as CFA, ACCA) is preferred.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in financial planning, financial modeling, treasury, or investment management.
  • Experience in a financial institution, investment firm, or consulting role will have an added advantage.
