Multi-Channel Ecommerce Operations Manager

About the Role:

  • This role involves managing our multi-channel ecommerce operations, including overseeing sales channels and ensuring seamless operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multi-channel inventory management and e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Store Setup & Inventory Management
    1. Set up and launch new stores on multiple marketplaces.
    2. Create and optimize product listings to maximize visibility and conversions.
    3. Synchronize inventory levels across all platforms to prevent overselling.
  2. Order Processing & Fulfillment
    1. Manage end-to-end order processing across all platforms.
    2. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and customer service teams for smooth fulfillment.
  3. Customer Service & Reputation Management
    1. Provide multi-channel customer support via email, chat, social media, and marketplace messaging.
    2. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to maintain high ratings.
  4. Sales & Marketing Optimization
    1. Optimize product listings for higher conversions using SEO, keywords, images, and descriptions.
    2. Run promotions, discounts, and marketplace-specific campaigns.
  5. Compliance & Risk Management
    1. Ensure compliance with Amazon Seller Policies, Daraz Seller Rules, and other platform requirements.
    2. Stay updated on taxation, shipping rules, and platform-specific regulations.
