About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and expansion in Islamabad. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with our business goals.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential leads, nurture relationships, and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Business Development: Expand our network by engaging with higher education institutions, schools, and key stakeholders in the education sector.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet individual and collective targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- KPI Monitoring: Set up and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and office targets to ensure business growth.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the higher education sector.
- At least 5 years of experience managing and growing sales teams in the HEI (Higher Education Institutions) sector.
- Strong understanding of international student recruitment and higher education processes.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
