Lead Financial Strategist - Global Operations

This role oversees the delivery of financial services on a global scale, requiring strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to independently take action to achieve organizational goals, and has a proven track record in process improvements, business development, and client management.

  1. Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers to understand client objectives and deliver timely, quality services.
  2. Review and submit management deliverables for secured business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  3. Prepare and report periodic management deliverables, including financial analysis and dashboard KPIs for executive decision-making.
  4. Motivate team members to achieve organizational objectives, introducing best practices and process re-engineering where necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers to understand client objectives.
  • Review and submit management deliverables for secured business.
  • Prepare and report periodic management deliverables.
  • Present financial analysis and dashboard KPIs for executive decision-making.
  • Monitor and control business processes.
  • Eliminate process gaps and ensure team compliance.
  • Motivate team members to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate operations related to people development and system deployment.
  • Introduce best practices and process re-engineering.
  • Develop finance strategies and oversee organizational development.
  • Plan and execute business integration with ERP software implementation.
  • Analyze feasibility of new clients and special projects.

This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, financial processes, and operational accounting, as well as experience working at a Top Tier Organization or Mid-Tier Accounting Firm in Assurance or Advisory.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
CA Qualified (ICAP/ICAEW) or Master Degree with Finance Majors from a Top Tier University.

Key Requirements:
Min 10 years' experience in operational accounting, understanding of business processes and financial processes, and 4+ years in Industry at a Top Tier Organization or Mid-Tier Accounting Firm in Assurance or Advisory.
