Relax Solutions is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support the recruitment and induction process. This is a permanent, full-time position available at our Faisalabad office.

The successful candidate will have a graduate degree in HRM or a related field and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

In this role, you will meet the hiring needs of the company in terms of quality and quantity while adhering to time-sensitive deadlines. You will also develop an effective plan to attract top talent through online job portals and advertisements.

Requirements:
  1. Education: Graduate degree in HRM or a related field, preferably MBA/MPA/BBA.
  2. Experience: Fresh or experienced candidates are welcome.
  3. Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations.
  4. IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
