Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Upmarket Outbound Sales Development team in generating high-quality pipelines.
  • The ideal candidate will coach Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) on strategic prospecting, organization, and objection handling to set high-quality meetings.
  • Closely collaborate with Account Executives (AEs), Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Marketing, Sales Operations, and Business Intelligence for alignment and driving a qualified pipeline.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage a team of Outbound SDRs through accountability, coaching, and ongoing training.
  2. Pursue new business opportunities for Motive by establishing strong executive relationships within key Public Sector entities.
  3. Maintain team performance, ensuring consistently met or exceeded monthly quota and activity expectations.
  4. Partner with SDRs, AEs, and Leadership to execute qualification guidelines and process improvements.
