Job Overview:- We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Upmarket Outbound Sales Development team in generating high-quality pipelines.
- The ideal candidate will coach Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) on strategic prospecting, organization, and objection handling to set high-quality meetings.
- Closely collaborate with Account Executives (AEs), Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Marketing, Sales Operations, and Business Intelligence for alignment and driving a qualified pipeline.
- Develop and manage a team of Outbound SDRs through accountability, coaching, and ongoing training.
- Pursue new business opportunities for Motive by establishing strong executive relationships within key Public Sector entities.
- Maintain team performance, ensuring consistently met or exceeded monthly quota and activity expectations.
- Partner with SDRs, AEs, and Leadership to execute qualification guidelines and process improvements.
- Leverage industry expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of sales development strategies to optimize team performance.
- Coach and develop talent: Foster growth among Outbound SDRs through individualized guidance and regular feedback.
- Demonstrate analytical skills: Utilize data-driven insights to drive pipeline generation and team success.
- Collaborate effectively: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
