Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project acquisition and ensuring the availability of substantial inventory.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external parties.

The Project Development Coordinator will play a crucial role in creating maximum prospects by generating/working on leads, conducting meetings, and providing solutions that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and develop leads to generate new business opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and solution provision.
  • Closely collaborate with sales teams to negotiate commercial terms, including marketing fees, contract tenure, inventory mix, base prices, sales targets, discounts, schedule of work, buyer payment plans, and ATS.
  • Conduct site visits with developers/land owners to gather preliminary project information.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on project critical documents to verify legal status and approval of land/property/projects.
  • Ensure all onboarded projects are properly vetted for land ownership, approvals, and developer profile; highlight any discrepancies and obtain management approval before proceeding.
  • Lead contract signing process, including service agreements, agreement to sell, and leasehold agreements.
  • Prepare financial feasibility studies based on project-specific inputs.
  • Maintain liaison with sales teams, guiding them on operational matters and resolving daily issues in accordance with established arrangements.
  • Follow up on initiatives undertaken by unit head/regional head, submitting reports as required.
  • Obtain pricing, commission structure, and discount models for acquired projects, coordinating with relevant departments and sharing information with appropriate units.
  • Maintain communication with external stakeholders, including development authorities, hotel management companies, construction companies, and land records authorities, to remain informed about ongoing activities.
  • Support sales teams on acquired projects, providing ongoing assistance on contractual issues.
  • Act as primary point of contact to resolve developer-sales team conflicts during project execution.
Requirements:
  • Design and implement SOPs for efficient building operations, ensuring a comfortable environment for customers/tenants/guests.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase company income through existing and potential clients, establishing business relationships.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, manage partnerships with clients and tenants, and professionally represent the organization.
  • Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate value proposition.
  • Prior experience: 5-7 years in relevant field.
