Job Title: Senior Administrative Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Administrative Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administrative department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to administrative staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve administrative procedures and systems, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  3. Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize staff performance and reduce errors.
  4. Communication: Foster effective communication between departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on important issues.
  5. Scheduling: Manage complex schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  6. Inventory Management: Monitor and control office supplies and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
  7. Budgeting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, ensuring that we are financially stable and well-positioned for future growth.
  8. Facilities Management: Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons, ensuring that our physical workspace is safe and efficient.
  9. Event Planning: Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring that they are well-organized and executed.
  10. Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a senior administrative officer or equivalent.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in MS Office, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
