The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in creating and executing engaging content campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write engaging platform-specific content for social media channels, focusing on Instagram and Facebook, as well as TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Brainstorm and script attention-grabbing captions and video content that aligns with the brand voice and clearly communicates key messages.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for influencers and affiliates, ensuring prompt, warm, and brand-consistent communication.
  • Manage collaboration requests, craft personalized messages to build trust and community, and refine scripts to strengthen authentic connections.
  • Proactively grow the target audience by engaging with posts from affiliates, influencers, and community members who align with the ideal customer profile.
  • Collaborate closely with teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels and support cross-functional execution with clear and proactive communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling social media captions, engaging newsletter content, thoughtful influencer outreach, and scroll-stopping video scripts.
  • Visual and editing proficiency in creating and editing content for Instagram (posts, Stories, Reels), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Organizational and planning excellence with demonstrated ability to build and manage content calendars, plan ahead for campaigns, and organize user-generated content and influencer content.
