Job Summary:
As a TeleSales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of MedKloud by reaching out to healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by introducing our healthcare IT solutions, including medical billing services, practice management software, and revenue cycle optimization tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to identify decision-makers (e.g., practice managers, physicians, administrators) and key stakeholders within target organizations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitor offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.
