District Operations Manager

As a district coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our district office.

• Manage and oversee the district office team to ensure efficient and effective performance.
• Maintain close liaison with district EPI regarding microplanning and HPV campaign activities.
• Develop and implement quarterly and monthly plans in line with approved work plans and targets.
• Provide regular feedback to program managers on the team's performance.
• Coordinate capacity building training, workshops, and meetings for staff on project interventions at the district level.
• Monitor all project-related activities at the district and community levels.
• Organize coordination meetings, share meeting minutes with Program Manager, and act on action points raised in the meetings.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly reports to Program Managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases (MIS, training, and log data) at the district level.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of activities during HPV campaigns.
• Conduct monitoring and supervisory visits at the district level to ensure quality and compliance.
• Adhere to monthly and quarterly program implementation plans.
• Prepare monthly reports as needed by the program.
• Provide data in an orderly manner for monthly/quarterly progress updates.
