Job Description

This role involves overseeing the implementation of five marketing channels and executing marketing plans to generate B2B leads.

The ideal candidate should have experience in digital advertising and acquiring leads from major global markets. Strong leadership qualities and team management experience are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Optimize and maintain keyword bids, account budgets, impression share, quality score, and other key metrics.
  2. Launch and optimize PPC campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  3. Oversee search platform accounts and track KPIs to inform future marketing decisions.
  4. Produce regular reports for management to ensure transparency and accountability.
  5. Provide strategic recommendations for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display networks, and paid search alignment with client goals.
  6. Adjust bids to improve ROI and assess performance through KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Manage client reporting on metrics, goals, and revenue to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  8. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, affiliate marketing, and PPC campaigns.
  9. Implement social media account structures and oversee all company social media accounts to maintain a strong online presence.
  10. Manage email marketing and paid media campaigns on various platforms, including Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  11. Collaborate with sales to qualify leads and improve marketing-to-sales processes.
  12. Enhance online content and monitor SEO and Google Analytics metrics to optimize website performance.
  13. Develop inbound marketing plans and research competitors to stay ahead of the competition.
  14. Measure and report on campaign performance against ROI and KPIs to ensure accountability.
  15. Monitor marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Google My Business, Bing Places, and Google AdWords, to optimize website performance and suggest improvements.
