**Job Title:** Customer Sales Representative

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in our outbound call center, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting and selling our products and services.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the features and benefits of the products/services offered.
  • Effectively communicate product/service information, promotions, and pricing to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to match those needs.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Record and maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking voice.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and embrace continuous learning.
