**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Design, implement and execute fraud risk assessment programs tailored to digital banks.
  • Develop fraud prevention strategies, policies and frameworks aligned with local regulatory standards and international best practices.
  • Conduct fraud risk assessments and forensic reviews into financial crimes, cyber fraud and operational risks associated with digital banking platforms, mobile payments and e-wallets prevalent in the region.
  • Analyze fraud data, identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation measures with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver advisory services to clients, including preparing reports, presentations and technical documentation for senior management.
  • Support project execution, training sessions and client presentations as part of a collaborative team effort.
**Requirements**
  • At least 5 years of experience in fraud risk management, financial crime or internal audit, preferably within digital banking or fintech sectors.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with proficiency in tools like ACL, SAS, SQL or Python for fraud analytics.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations (AML/KYC, PCI-DSS, SOX).
  • Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks (SAMA, CMA) and compliance standards related to fraud and cybersecurity would be an advantage.
  • Excellent report writing and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under supervision to support larger projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor junior staff.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related discipline.
