Job Title:Prompting Quality Assurance
An ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in quality assurance and control. The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required standards of quality, safety, and efficacy.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Requirements
- Manufacture products according to specifications and maintain data integrity.
- Manage operational quality objectives and routine tasks to meet regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely batch release by reviewing related documents.
- Implement GMP/GDP, SOPs, and group policies.
- Follow up on deviations and customer complaints, assess and approve deviation records, CAPA, and trending.
- Maintain Documents and Records
- Manage documents such as SOPs, batch dossiers, and respond to internal/external technical inquiries.
- Handle internal and external quality agreements.
- Review imported product documents for release.
- Maintain samples and documentation, provide weekly and monthly reports.
- Audit and Investigation Processes
- Collaborate with production for corrective/preventive actions related to deviations and complaints.
- Conduct self-inspections and participate in Level II & III audits.
- Certificate of Analysis
- Supervise timely submission of CoA.
- Periodic Product Review
- Ensure timely completion of PPRs.
