Job Title: Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of web applications using the MERN stack.
  2. Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the frontend and backend.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  4. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  5. Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure application reliability and performance.
  6. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role, with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
  3. Strong proficiency in frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Redux.
  4. Solid understanding of server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
  5. Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
  6. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
  1. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  2. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
