Job Title: Marketing & Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Document Management: Manage documentation efficiently, including but not limited to contracts, invoices, and client records.
- Social Media Presence: Oversee the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Platform Management: Manage and oversee the company's profile, contracts, and communications on online work platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
- Marketing Strategies: Utilize online advertising tools to effectively promote the business and its services.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results.
Requirements:
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the finance or professional services sector (ideal but not essential).
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in social media management and online advertising platforms.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: German language skills are not essential but highly regarded.
Work Details: This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week in a fully remote setting with flexible timings.
