Job Summary:

  • Job Planning: Develop detailed plans and schedules for construction and repair projects, including resource allocation and budget management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, providing prompt solutions to minimize delays and risks.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
  • To perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
