Senior Network Engineer Position

Join our team in a highly technical role that offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise in network architecture, protocols and systems.

  • Network Troubleshooting and Support: Utilize advanced analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex network issues, ensuring seamless system availability and reliability.
  1. Troubleshoot and provide Tier-1/2/3 support for escalated issues affecting service quality across data centers, regional hubs, and branches.
  2. Manage network infrastructure, independently handling new tasks and responsibilities.
  3. Perform routine maintenance on network devices and systems, upgrading hardware and software as necessary.
  4. Monitor system performance, analyzing trends and planning capacity to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  5. Implement security policies and procedures in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring robust protection against cyber threats.
  6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and improve network operations.
  7. Respond to network queries from end-users and other stakeholders.
  8. Maintain accurate records of network configurations, troubleshooting activities, and change management processes.
  9. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to implement strategic initiatives.
  11. Install and configure network devices, services, and applications (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
Required Qualifications
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in WAN protocols, LAN/WLAN, Cisco switches/routers, and similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of NG-Firewalls, security practices (ACLs, VPNs), wireless access controllers, and access points.
  • Project experience in core infrastructure, networking, and cloud services.
  • Understanding of SDN/SD-WAN, public cloud, and security products.
  • Expertise in routing, switching, VPN troubleshooting, WAN architecture.
  • Experience with security audits, network patching, and compliance policies.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise change management principles.
  • Familiarity with Cisco IOS, Palo Alto, Fortinet, SolarWinds, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
