We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Marketing Assistant to help us expand our operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Websites and Online Presence:
    • Oversee and update the company's website content to improve SEO and user experience.
    • Ensure the website performs well and is optimized for search engines.
  • Digital Marketing Strategies:
    • Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase online visibility.
    • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
    • Develop engaging content for social media channels and monitor performance metrics.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and grow the company's social media presence by developing and posting regular content.
  • Hiring and Recruitment:
    • Assist in the recruitment process for staff and cleaners, including remote interviews via video conferencing.
    • Coordinate with candidates and manage the hiring process efficiently.
  • Client Support and Administration:
    • Communicate with new and existing clients to address their needs and queries.
    • Follow up on sales leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Basic Bookkeeping and Scheduling:
    • Maintain basic bookkeeping records and create staff rosters and schedules.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in website management and SEO.
  • Strong background in digital and social media marketing.
  • Experience in recruitment and conducting remote interviews.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and roster creation.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Zoom and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
