About the Job

We are seeking experienced Dynamics 365 consultants to fill the position of Senior Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and customizing D365 solutions, with in-depth knowledge of relevant modules and processes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Travel to client sites as needed to address their needs and optimize system functionalities.
  • Gather and document functional requirements from clients.
  • Implement and deploy Dynamics 365 modules and customizations to meet client needs.
  • Scope and estimate projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide post-live training and support to clients.
  • Ensure quality assurance and testing of implemented solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in ACCA/CA/MBA/Bachelor's or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FnO) foundation.
  • The ability to map and configure client business requirements into MS Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both non-professional and professional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the team's knowledge base and Dynamics 365 experience.
  • Minimum three end-to-end ERP implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of the MS Sure Step implementation methodology.
  • Certifications in relevant modules or additional certifications are highly valued.
