About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Responsible for handling orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Customer Service: Provide solutions to customer queries and issues through various channels, including phone, email, chat, or social media.

  • Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, ensure availability of inventory, and report on stock movements.

  • Logistics Support: Identify and resolve logistics-related problems in real-time, ensuring seamless delivery of products.

  • Reporting: Prepare product reports by collecting and analyzing customer information, providing insights for business growth.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate online listings of products on marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Gumtree, etc., and update product data as necessary.

Requirements
  • Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, or a related field.

  • Skills: Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and social media platforms.
