Job Description:

As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to foster a vibrant and engaging workplace culture. This role focuses on internal employee engagement through event planning, content creation, and communication strategies that align with the company's values and mission. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and data-driven, with a passion for driving meaningful connections within the organization.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing internal engagement strategies, planning and organizing events, managing internal communication channels, creating engaging content, and monitoring employee engagement metrics.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1-2 years of experience in internal communications, event planning, or a related role. Familiarity with internal branding strategies and tools is also essential.

Requirements:
  1. Develop and execute internal engagement strategies to foster employee satisfaction, collaboration, and alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Plan, organize, and execute internal events, including team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
  3. Manage internal communication channels (emails, newsletters, intranet, etc.) to keep employees informed and engaged.
  4. Create engaging content, including videos, posters, and articles, to promote internal campaigns and events.
  5. Coordinate and document internal content shoots for events, team activities, and milestones.
  6. Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics, gathering feedback to improve future initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with HR and other departments to align engagement activities with organizational values and strategies.
