Business Development Position:

We are looking for a talented freelance professional to handle our business development initiatives as an Online Sales and Marketing Professional. The successful candidate will have a solid background in generating leads and winning projects on freelancing platforms, as well as expertise in LinkedIn lead generation and staff augmentation services.

Main Objectives:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to find and secure new clients on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Craft high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and demonstrate expertise.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver client projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform bidding strategies.
  • Manage CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and communication.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in online bidding (especially on Upwork) within the last 1.5 to 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn lead generation principles.
  • Experience in staff augmentation or IT services sales is mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to comprehend client needs and adapt services accordingly.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with other popular freelancing platforms such as Freelancer, Fiverr, or Guru.
  • Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or IT services.
