Job Summary:

We're seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our team of developers. As the development team leader, you'll play a crucial role in assigning tasks, guiding your team, and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Document responsibilities, supervise the developer group, and evaluate data against acquisition requirements to ensure website specifications are met.
  2. Project Management: Track and review existing projects to identify bugs and performance issues, providing guidance for the team to learn from previous and existing products.
  3. Database Optimization: Optimize MySQL queries and databases, including knowledge of NoSQL databases.
  4. System Design: Investigate and convey architectural requirements for the system design process, considering website usability, web efficiency, and database configuration.
  5. Communication: Communicate with the development team and management to resolve disagreements, prioritize needs, provide solutions, or deliver content criteria to the developer group.
  6. Procedure Development: Develop procedures through technical concepts to revise or amend websites; advise on performance improvement measures; refine guidelines for website content; select design tools/applications or programming languages.
  7. Professional Development: Update the team about modern programming practices and innovations through research, participation in professional web development workshops, or conferences for contemporary technical knowledge.
