About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Convey interest in each customer through their words with courtesy, attention, and a friendly image.
  • Provide alternatives to products/items that are not available on the website.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures when providing resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest updates on system information, process changes, and future updates.
Requirements
  • O Levels/Matric or above
  • Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication
  • American or neutral accent
  • Proficiency with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Must be at least 18 Years old and hold valid CNIC
