About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Multan by identifying and targeting new sales leads, building strong professional relationships with clients, and developing and executing a business development plan.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy that focuses on revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, builders, developers, and corporate clients
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive positioning
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, pricing, and marketing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and respond promptly to client inquiries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or corporate sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth in the region
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office
