Agile Project Manager/Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our organization as an Associate Director, Delivery Management Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure. This includes handling scrum projects using Jira, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and ensuring timely delivery.
You will also be responsible for budget and schedule management, keeping track of project budgets and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
A key aspect of this role is people management, where you will demonstrate experience in managing teams. Additionally, you will identify risks, escalate issues promptly to stakeholders, and mitigate them.
Strong crisis handling skills are also essential, recognizing and managing crisis situations during the project lifecycle. You will own project issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Documentation review is another critical component of this role, participating in reviews of key project documents such as Initial Request, Clear-choices, Solution Proposal, Test Strategy, etc.
You will also challenge estimates from IT stakeholders and develop project plans for delivery.
This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, identifying and involving all necessary stakeholders. Key document ownership is also a responsibility, preparing and owning documents like TOR, Test Strategy, Implementation Plan, and PIR.
Status reporting and escalation are crucial, providing timely updates and escalating issues as needed. Change management is also a requirement, managing project changes according to change control procedures.
Finally, you will ensure adherence to HOST PM processes and procedures, while prioritizing projects and resources with IT and Business stakeholders.
