We are looking for a highly experienced Fullstack Developer to join our team at Rookridge Ventures. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our software and mobile app solutions, while also providing technical guidance to junior team members.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of technologies, including Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and React. You will also be responsible for designing and building robust RESTful APIs, collaborating with front-end developers to define and implement API endpoints, and optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain back-end services using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Design and build robust RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to define and implement API endpoints.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  • Manage database design, indexing, and aggregation using MongoDB.
  • Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code following industry best practices.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tech development and leadership.
  • Proven experience managing and leading teams.
  • Strong knowledge of current tech trends and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Minimum BSc/BE in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
