We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solution Architect to design and implement complex IT solutions in the banking sector.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies, as well as strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Architecture:
- Develop scalable, robust, and secure architectures for banking solutions.
- Create and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions, including integration with third-party systems and legacy platforms.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet high-security standards required in the banking sector.
- Oversee implementation of proof-of-concept initiatives to validate technology solutions.
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and solutions.
- P present architectural solutions and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Solution Architect, Proven experience in banking sector, with deep understanding of banking processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Skills: Proficiency in architecture modeling tools and techniques, Strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies, Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as TOGAF or similar highly desirable.
