Electrical Maintenance Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring the preventive and corrective maintenance activities of Weaving looms and allied equipment and electrical items and cables. Your goal will be to minimize downtime through proactive suggestions and effective implementation.

To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering along with at least 4 years of experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of Weaving and Sizing Looms/equipment. Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as leadership abilities, are essential. Additionally, you should have experience in effectively managing a large team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  2. Minimize downtime through proactive suggestions and effective implementation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
