**Manager UI/UX Design Opportunity**

We are seeking a talented Manager to lead our UI/UX design team and shape the user experience across our digital ecosystem.

This strategic role is responsible for designing and delivering intuitive, engaging, and effective user interfaces, as well as optimizing digital journeys across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the end-to-end UX and UI design process for both new and existing products.
  • Champion user-centred design methodologies to ensure the creation of seamless and inclusive digital experiences.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers to uphold design excellence and consistency.
  • Own and evolve the Design System to ensure scalability and brand alignment across all platforms.
  • Establish and maintain UI/UX standards, ensuring compliance with design guidelines, accessibility, and best practices.
  • Analyze user data, conduct usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Data Science, Data Management or a related field.
  • Demonstrable UI/UX design experience embedding user-centred design processes and practices.
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech or banking industry.
  • Exceptional design, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Superb analytical and reporting skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new design techniques and website layouts.
  • Proficiency in using Figma, Sketch, Miro, Adobe CC suite and MS Office.
