Key Responsibilities:

  4. Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions, utilizing data analysis skills.
  5. Process orders, applications, forms, and requests efficiently, streamlining business operations.
  6. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  7. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved, guaranteeing customer delight.
  8. Achieve performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores, driving business growth and success.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  1. Strong communication and active listening skills, enabling effective relationship-building.
  2. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, resolving complex issues.
  3. Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude, ensuring customer-centricity.

Qualifications:
