Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee budgeting, forecasting, contract management, and payments within our domain. This role is critical to ensuring financial discipline, optimizing costs, and managing vendor contracts and payments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budgeting process for telecom network operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed financial forecasts, including operational and capital expenditures.
  • Contract Management: Collaborate with function heads to gather inputs and assumptions for accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Cash Flow Management: Track and ensure investment & Capitalization target achievement for our department.
  • Risk Assessment: Develop scenario analysis and sensitivity models to assess the financial impact of changes in market conditions or business strategies.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, contract management, and payments, preferably in telecom or technology sector.
