Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate setting.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on relevant platforms, ensuring they are accurate and engaging.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
