At the forefront of our technology endeavors lies the role of a seasoned Frontend Developer. In this position, you will be tasked with crafting novel custom components to align with project requirements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for installing and configuring server environments for React deployments. Additionally, your duties will encompass maintaining and updating project dependencies as well as resolving any conflicts that may arise with other JavaScript developers and software engineers. This entails developing front-end and back-end architecture that is not only well-structured but also flexible. To support this infrastructure, you will work on creating APIs.

Job Type: Permanent/Full Time Office based.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
  2. Monitoring and maintenance of developed components
  3. Reporting and documentation of project progress
  4. Collaboration and assistance in cross-functional teams
Essential Skills:
  1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation, event handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, and Babel
  2. Comprehensive understanding of ReactJS fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.
  3. Preceding experience with ReactJS workflows such as Flux, Redux, Create React App, data structure libraries
  4. Understanding of RESTful APIs/GraphQL, HTML/CSS, ES6 (variables and scoping, array methods), code versioning tools like GIT, SVN, etc., popular frontend development tools, CI/CD tools, DevOps, performance testing frameworks like Mocha, Node + NPM
  5. Preferred degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field
  6. Competence in translating business needs into technical requirements
  7. Open-minded team player willing to accept feedback and offer suggestions
  8. Good time management, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  9. Capability to write clear and concise code based on guidelines and best practices
  10. Willingness to learn modern-day tools and processes
  11. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  12. Creativity and accountability
