About the Position:

This Trainee SQA Engineer role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow with our team. As a key member, you will contribute to the development of software products by assisting in testing activities and collaborating with developers.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Test Execution: Assist in executing test cases and plans under the supervision of senior team members.
  2. Quality Assurance: Participate in functional, regression, and performance testing.
  3. Defect Resolution: Learn to identify, document, and track software defects using testing management tools.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and team members to ensure quality standards are met.
  5. Process Enhancement: Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving testing processes.
  6. Professional Growth: Stay updated with software testing best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • Educational Requirement: Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge and Abilities: Basic understanding of SDLC and software testing principles. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and respond positively to feedback.
