Job Description

This role involves providing timely advisory support and partnering with other functions to address business issues as the company undergoes transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee analytics processes and identify teams requiring outreach, ensuring timely responses are provided on a one-stop basis where possible.
  • Provide guidance on policy and leading practices, facilitating training for client-serving teams on financial management principles.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues across borders, service lines, and industries.
  • Coach and problem-solve with junior team members to develop their skills and abilities.
  • Review open items in the ticketing system, prioritize follow-up activities, and schedule engagement team meetings.
Client Service Support:
  • Review pricing plans and advise on leveraging targets, ensuring engagement teams are prepared for client negotiations from a financial perspective.
  • Advise on selecting the correct client entity for opportunities and explain downstream impacts of user choices.
  • Provide instruction on estimate-to-complete (ETC) processes and related financial impacts, driving continuous improvement initiatives and proactive improvements.
Analytic and Decision-Making Responsibilities:
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to identify partners/engagement teams needing outreach and support.
  • Makes timely, accurate decisions to ensure responses are provided on a one-stop basis where possible, guiding new users with empathy and soft skills.
  • Prepare discussions for client server portfolios by leveraging system and finance expertise, inspiring trust with a solid understanding of client performance drivers.

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, and strong technical skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Confident individuals able to challenge at all levels are required, along with strong analytical and numeracy skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, capable of balancing multiple priorities with risk consideration, is necessary for this position.
  • Quick learners who are proactive and able to share knowledge while building networks across Finance are ideal candidates.
  • Able to translate technical jargon into business terms for client-serving teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
