Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in ERP environments (SAP) and manufacturing or supply chain finance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed finance work, transactions, and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. This includes collecting data, maintaining information integrity, monitoring reconciliations, and conducting basic checks and controls.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management processes, including annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support within a specific scope (region, business unit, country, supply chain, or corporate finance). Perform data collection and integrity checks.
  • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment, ensuring full adherence to policies.
  • Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by senior management.
  • Support initiatives to improve efficiencies and ways of working, embracing continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a high-performing finance team and invest in personal and peer development.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in financial analysis and data structuring.
  • Business acumen with a basic understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry, local snacking markets, and experience in regional or large-scale local businesses.
  • Leadership skills, collaboration, and effective communication within a finance team.
  • Growth and digital mindset, leveraging technology to improve operations.
  • Integrity and sound judgment aligned with company values, policies, and external regulations.

About the Role

This role will involve supporting cost efficiencies, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making, working closely with supply chain, COE, and HQ teams. Responsibilities include governance, reporting, BOM analysis, data analytics, and strengthening internal controls.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Finance or Accountancy; CA/CMA preferred.
  • 5+ years of finance and accounting experience in an ERP environment (SAP), with at least 3 years in manufacturing or supply chain finance, preferably in FMCG.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
