Job Description

As a key member of our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to oversee the management of accounts and procurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales and ancillary items, ensuring seamless financial transactions and smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining precise records of sales and ancillary items.
  • Capturing manual records of Billings, Rates and ancillary records.
  • Ensuring cash and bank reconciliation accuracy.
  • Sourcing and procuring quality commodities.
  • Executing internal audit responsibilities.
  • Ongoing maintenance of ancillary tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • FSc/FA, B.com or ACCA degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
