Lead Visual Communications Specialist

The role involves leading the development of high-impact visual communications to support marketing campaigns. This includes designing digital assets such as email newsletters, website banners, and ad creatives for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually appealing email newsletters that drive engagement and conversions
  • Create website banners/images and landing page graphics that align with campaign objectives
  • Develop eye-catching ad creatives for social media platforms that resonate with target audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Stay up-to-date with visual design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative formats
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers
Requirements:
  • Experience in designing engaging visual communications for marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and guidelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
