The role of a Web Development Specialist is crucial to the success of our digital presence. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our website, ensuring that it remains visually appealing, user-friendly, and highly functional.

About the Job

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement web solutions that drive business value and pipeline impact. Your primary focus will be on front-end development, but you will also have opportunities to work on back-end development and API integrations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborating with designers and content creators to create visually appealing and user-friendly web experiences.
  • Participating in weekly sprints to ensure timely delivery of projects and tasks.
  • Maintaining clear documentation of development processes to ensure knowledge sharing and alignment across teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with web development and HubSpot's CMS or similar platforms.
  • Experience with back-end development, API integrations, and database management.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and event tracking setup.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, technical SEO, and structured data markup.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and the ability to analyze data for optimization insights.
