Telecom Network Operations Professional

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Network Operations Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining KPIs, achieving conversion targets, and reducing complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely execution of maintenance projects to improve operational KPIs (Copper/FF network)
  • Achieve quality installations while adhering to SLAs and zero pendency.
  • Identify and implement Preventive Maintenance for Copper/FF networks to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate mapping of Copper/FF network infrastructure.
  • Promote HSE compliance to reduce accidents/injuries among field workers and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • BS/ BE (Electrical/Telecom) / MS(Telecom Engineering) from a recognized university
  • 3 to 4+ years of relevant experience

Competencies:

  • Excellent understanding of Telecom network operations (Copper/GPON)
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills
  • Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Communication Skills (verbal and written)
