The role of a Quality Assurance Specialist is to ensure the quality of our applications by developing and implementing test plans, tracking and estimating product Test activities.

This position requires 5-8 years of experience with Test Management and Automation testing – UI and API automation. You should be able to plan, track, and estimate product Test activities, working experience in developing test plans, test metrics, reports, and results in JIRA.

A passionate about automated testing, you will manage / drive testing - unit tests, system tests, regression. Provide technical guidance as well as hands-on management for all product life cycle.

You will also implement Quality Gates, understand user stories/requirements, application, test automation requirements and translate to design and implementation of framework tests.

An expert in at least one test management tool such as JIRA, Xray, HP ALM, TestRail, Zephyr, version control tools such as Git/TFS and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo.

Collaborate with cross-functional team members including business analysts, developers, and management to build and refine test cases.

Experience working in Scrum-based Agile teams, take initiatives to train and mentor associates.

Ability to ramp up quickly in a new environment and work independently with minimum help.

Proactively raise, suggest, and discuss improvement areas and issues related to people, processes, technology, quality, and delivery with group manager and higher management.
