We are seeking a talented candidate for the role of a Proposal / Bid Writer to help us grow and expand our business. The successful individual will be responsible for writing and submitting high-quality winning bid proposals to clients on time and within budget.

  • Have in-depth experience with bid posting and winning on platforms like Elance, Odesk, Guru, etc.
  • Strategic thinking and sales skills along with a keen eye for detail are essential.
Job Responsibilities
  • To write and submit complete quality winning bid proposals to clients on time and within budget.
  • To have an excellent appreciation of what the client needs and to articulate how we can best provide that.
  • To ensure all proposals are aligned with our company standards.
  • To answer all client questions as fully as possible.
Job Specification
  • A technical degree in IT is preferred, preferably a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science from a reputable university.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience as a Proposal Writer on outsourcing platforms like Elance, Odesk, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
  • Excellent technical writing communication skills are required.
  • Fluent English language skills are necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, have strong work ethics, and be an excellent team player.
