Program Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a senior-level professional to join our team as a Program Manager. Reporting directly to the Director Programs, this individual will be responsible for designing and implementing projects and programs focused on regular development and humanitarian response.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop multi-sector program strategies
  • Lead a team of program staff
  • Write reports and maintain close liaison with operations units
  • Fundraise and liaise with donor agencies
  • Organize workshops, trainings, and seminars
  • Contribute to organizational strategic decision-making
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in social sciences or sociology, preferably with 10-15 years of experience as a team leader/program manager in national and international organizations. Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is an added qualification. The candidate should have strong communication skills, report writing skills, and excellent English speaking/writing skills.
